I just received SuperJam v1.0c as a Christmas gift, haven't even finished doing the tutorial and I get your QuarterNotes newsletter with update info. I hope that I get the upgrade for free. Let me know how to go about this, I have sent in my registration card. Thanks.

I ordered Bars and Pipes 2.0 but they said it isn't ready yet. The notice you sent me implied it was. What's the scoop on this.

We had an unexpected problem with the output of our documentation. I apologize for any delays. Nonethless, I know you'll be pleased with the outcome. Melissa

Dear Paul, We certainly weren't trying to mislead you in any way. The Quarter Notes are written and printed several weeks in advance. As such, there was no way to definitively comment on the status of Bars&Pipes Professional. We feel strongly that we cannot release the program until it has been thoroughly tested, even if it means making our customers wait an extra week or two. I can tell you that it will be well worth the wait. Melissa

Ron, You should be receiving an upgrade notice for SuperJAM! 1.1 in the mail shortly. The update just started shipping. Also, there was a notice about it in the latest issue of Quarter Notes. If you didn't receive QN yet, then call Blue Ribbon, or leave a message here and make sure you're on their mailing list. Dom Fontana <– Sent from New York via AutoPilot –>
