Well actually, like everything, I just need to sit down and work with it until
I develop a style of my own. I used the digitizer when I first got it but was
very dissapointed with my first attempt at trying to digitize a clay model, and
so I have not worked with it since. I also downloaded the newer version of the
software, and there is no text file explaining the new features. I called
Scott and he went over it with me but at the time I did not have the program
with me so I couldnt really reference what he was saying. I'll probably figure
it out though eventually.

Start by trying to digitize a rather simple object..something that isn't vert
detailed. This way you can get a feel of how to go about it. What I do is
think in terms of cross-sections. So I will visualize cross-sections along the
object, and plot (with a marker) reference points on the model itself. Also,
what you want to be in is lofting mode for creating the object.
Once you get some more hands on time with it, please do ask if you are having
difficulty with it. Once you get the idea of it, it's a snap.
