#Escom Deal Closed
7 messages in this thread
I saw a string in the forum indicating some folks were concerned that the
Escom buyout had been delayed by proceedings in the Bahamas. Franklyn Wilson,
the liquidator, just told me the deal was closed yesterday (Tuesday) in New
York. Escom now owns the assets it bought on April 21. The Bahamian court
approved the sale, just as the New York Bankruptcy Court had, Mr. Wilson said.
TVM for this info, Dan… Things have now really moved forward.
I have tried to reach executives @ Escom, but haven't been able to talk to
someone who was actually dealing with the whole C= thing 🙁
Has a legal paper been officially issueda about the deal finalization, and if
so, is there a way to get a copy of it?
Fred.
