I want to hook an Amiga 3000 030 6 megs ram 500 meg HD with a 28800 modem up to the Internet with out buying any more hardware if this is possible. Other than a connection to the Internet what software do I need and how do I find it. I would be interested in the WWW, but I understand that the Amiga will not handle all forms correctly is this true. Frank Burns From the Great White North

You need AmiTCP and PPP device version 1.30, which are available in the libraries. This last part: "I would be interested in the WWW, but I understand that the Amiga will not handle all forms correctly is this true." Amosaic is available in the library, and can be used to view Web documents… I'm not sure what you mean by "will not handle all forms correctly"…

Steve, AMosaic does not handle radio buttons, forms, check boxes, mailto:, and other WWW components. It is real limiting that way. -Jonathan MAC Quadra/486PC compatible courtesy Amiga, Emplant and BB. Emplant beta tester. Running AP v1.80. E-mail: JonathanB@delrina.com http://www.delrina.com
