Here's a beginners question. My friend runs a Toaster on a 2500. No PAR, no
frame controller-in short, no LW animation. I was thinking of buying a 50mhz
1200 with a fast, separate SCSI drive and converting the LW 24- bit frames over
to the AGA machine (using Rend24, Magic Latern, Brilliance, whce, whatever) and
Playing HAM8 anims off the drive. The problem: Can I hook the 1200's DOS 3.0
formatted HD into the presumed SCSI port in back of the 2500 and have LW send
the frames there or copy them over to it from the 2500's internal drive? Should
I reformat the HD to WB 2.1, like what's running on the 2500? Should I format
it like an IBM and (hope) thatt MultiDOS or some kind of CrossDOS will make use
of it? Should I just forget it?!?!?! LS
