#Rorating textures

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but can anyone help me to rotate a texture.
I need to apply a wood texture to objects and seems like the only way to make
the grain run the right way is to rotate the object. This is fine if its a
simple shape, but its a pain if I have to reconstruct a complex one. Is there
an easy way to rotate a texture on an already-created object.

Yes, you can do that. Just select the UV Projection tool and rotate the
wire-frame representation of the map using the Object Rotate tool. Then click
Apply.

And don't forget to turn on grid snap for precise alignment…..
