I'm having a problem loading the device driver for my CD-ROM on my DOS machine. When it boots up, I get a message saying the device is missing It also says I have an error in my Config.sys. I checked that out and there is no error in Config.sys. Plus, the driver loads fine if I boot off of one of my floppies. I have Stacker installed on my hard drive. Could this the problem? If so, how can I fix it. Thanks for your help.

Richard, if you don't mind a buttinski, this is often a symptom if you've loaded Stacker to an existing system and have not changed the drive letter assignment (Stacker creates a D: drive, assuming you had only a C: before installation, and if yoour CD was D: previously, you've got a conflict). If that sounds like your situation, there are instructions in file Laser3.txt in Lib #4 that will let you fix it. Hope it helps!
