As Rick said, yes it is. I've used it for some single frame editing.
It also works great for assemble editing from the par. I've got a
GPI interface cable and everything works great.
The deck is abt 2.5 years old. Its got approx 300 hours on it. I'll let it go
for
$2250. If you need single frame control software I'll include SoftVTR for an
additional $350
