Nigel,
I assume that you are using the 4M+ PostScript printer driver 2.1.1 or 2.1.2.
From the Windows Control Panel, Printers, SetUp, etc., you must set the
driver's paper source to "Mixed Bins." Then choose the various bins as desired
in Word.
