I am having trouble printing most types of graphics on my LaserJet 4P. The problem may be due to an out of date driver (which I will be looking to upgrade after this message), but essentially I get a mix of correct print and garbage when printing from applications like PowerPoint. The same problem occurs when printing symbols from Word (like WingDings, etc.) Any feedback would be appreciated. If this is a driver problem, please tell me what the latest version is and where to get it. Our printer is connected to a server using Netware 3.12, although I don't think this has an impact on the problem. Thanks, Carl

Hello Carl I once was at a customers site which had similar problems, they printed a letter with their logo on top. The logo was a TIF file. The text printed right but the logo just scrambled up. At last we found out that a bad shielded/maybe also defective paralell cable was used. We replaced the cable…and it worked… …strange things can happen here…no?….<g> Greetings, Alex
