#HP 5MP Installation

Last night I bought a HP 5MP to installed with a Gateway 446-66 with 100MB of
free space in the HD and *MB ram,
The isntallation of the three diskettes goes smoothly to the "Suuccessful
Installation" message.
But, when I try to use it, say by running WP for windows or Lotus…etc. I
consistently get the message: "Can't find settings for HP Laserjet 5P/5MP
postcript on port lpt1. Proceedings with default printer settings".
After this message I've tried to modify the setup (MAIN/Printers-setup) but as
soon as I click set up I get the message: "Not enough memory to run this task",
close all applications and try again…. But I have 8MB of ram and no
applications running.
Any clues someone?

I've been looking for a 5MP & can't find one. Where did u buy it & how many $?

They are now in the dealer channel but there was a hiccough while shipments
were suspended to correct a potential problem before too many got into the
channel. Things should improve rapidly in supply now.
