Don – I am also having a problem with the paper jamming as it comes up the back of the printer. The serial number on my printer (USBC072985) does not seem to fall within your list of printers which need the repair. I have tried cleaning the rollers using LaserKleen paper from Paper Direct. It will work for the rest of the day, but then the problem returns the next day. Should I have the rollers replaced, and what would be the cost of the replacement or is there something else which maybe causing the problem? Thanks.

re: "Should I have the rollers replaced, and what would be the cost of the replacement or is there something else which maybe causing the problem?" Try cleaning the rollers with typewriter platen cleaner (office supply stores) and a clean cloth. Then clean the feed guides at the back of the printer — these are the 'fins' that stick out from the back and from the door. The paper may be catching on residue as it travels up. The roller replacement is not indicated by the service note. Don Morris Advanced Toner Service
