We just installed an HP 4 Plus printer. The only problem we are having, is
that is seems to conflict with a currently installed DataProducts LZR 1580
printer. In WordPerfect, for instance, as soon as we try to select a new
printer, we get an error message pointing to our DataProducts driver. As soon
as we delete the driver and printer, our problems are gone. We do not have
this problem on computers that have not been switched to the 4 Plus. We have
tried re-installing the drivers, and getting new , updated drivers, but nothing
has helped.
We would like the capability to switch back and forth to each printer. Any
ideas? Thanks!
