I am interested in updating to the latest PCL and Postscipt drivers for the HP4siMX and the HP 3si (with Postscript). Both printers have JetDirect cards (although I think the NIC for the 3si was called something else at the time the printer was purchased). We have a shared network installation of Windows where the bulk of the Winodows executables, DLLs, and drivers are in a common directory, but users personal settings and INI files are stored in a personal network directory. 1) Where can I find the latest drivers (PCL and Postscript)? 2) What are the pros and cons of using the Microsoft PS driver vs. the ones that HP distributes? 3) What is the best way to install the drivers for all (50) of my network users? Should I use JetPrint (I have version A.01.01 which came with one of my LJs)? Can it be used for PCL and Postscript drivers? Can it be used for ANY network printer drivers besides HP printers? Thanks. Roy Lewis
