Scott, we certainly agree on one thing: the point _IS_ moot. I'm not sure the
MMU has a lot to do with it. An MMU lets you map a large logical memory space
onto a small physical space. Here we're just talking about putting program
fragments into different addresses than they were compiled for .. different in
both the logical AND physical senses.
