Steve – I believe with the YACDP software (Yet Another CD Player), available on CIS, they indicate that with the right CD drive, the audio can be passed to the Amiga via the SCSI port and played through the Amiga's audio hardware. You'd have to download the program and check the docs. Hank Videology, Inc Where you always get P.O.M.P. and Service under all circumstances

Hank, YACDP was one of the ones I hand in mind, the `right CD drive' you refer to is a scsi II drive, although come to think of it, I seem to remember some restrictions to that list too. Hilary if you catch this you may want to download YACPD, for a list of SCSI II drives it supports. I wish someone would have taken the time to feed me all this info before I got mine, I just assumed that you could use any cdrom and it would play thru the amigas adio channels, but you know what they say about assuming. <g> ..Steve Cruising on Autopilot from beautiful Coastal South Carolina
