Carl, I think I asked you this before and didn't get a response on this part of the question. How does the IDE drive that you offer with the Vortex physically mount in the computer? Does it have it's own card? Would you sell it seperately? How much? C. Davey

There is a buyer pending for the bridgeboard and winstorm. However, The IDE drive is mounted in the spare 3.5" drive bay of my A3000. The Vortex 486 has an onboard IDE controller. No, I will not sell the hard drive separately. Carl

Actually, I have a 105meg Quantum that I am hoping to use with the Vortex. It's not IDE, however. Guess I better read that book again that comes with the Vortex. C. Davey
