#Anim viewer

I am still looking for an Amiga program that will let me view MPEG and, or FLI
animations.
Seattle Bob, Just happy to be here.
there are a couple mp103 upto mp105,XV,XANIM,mpegplay.ALL do so but
very slowly.DOn't know about audio support though xanim may support
it but it may sound really slow.MP has a gui for it called MPEGPLAY
GUI,and has retina, egs, picasso versions available on here.
I downloaded XANIM and found it a bit to complicated (all that setenv stuff and
frame buffer stuff). Maybe I should just forget about it since I only have a
16 mhz machine with no graphics board.

What you can do is: with mp103 generate a set of frames that can be used by
Rend24 to generate an .anim file that can be played at much more than full
speed. The mpeg format is a VERY compressed format. That's why it is played so
slowly. mpeg103 and Rend24 are MUCH more friendly than xanim.
