You should be able to record 2 framestores dissolving at least:
Load the 2 FS into DV1 and DV2.
While in project/switcher mode hit ~ to bring up the (short) record panel
Start recording main out (say DV1) with DV2 on preview
Click outside the record panel and click auto or hit the space bar to do the
fade.
Loading the next frame at this point is the tricky part. Maybe it could be
done with a rexx command, while the recording is paused.
