Gary, I have recently d/l'ed the Editizer demo and there's a problem. Every time I choose *Match* from the control panel, I get a *General Protection Fault* and my computer crashes. Not very fun. Is this the way the *Real* program would act on my computer? Bill Ines St. Petersburg Police Dept.

Bill, Did you get the reply I posted to your question? I thought it should have been posted here for others to read. Let me know, please. I'll re-post if you didn't get it. Gary Meyer TAO Media Systems

Gary, Yes I did get your message. I then inadvertantly deleted it. It must have something to do with me working for the Police Department, I have to eat paper messages. I received the literature in the mail today and found it very useful in evaluating the Editizer. I think I will suggest that our department purchase an Editizer for our S-VHS system. One thing though, It states that you include 3 cables… Is that 3 cables of your choice? i.e. I need RS-422 connectors for my Panasonic AG-7750's correct? I'll try landline to TAO Wednesday to clarify, and find out if you have any dealers in Tampa/St. Pete that have one to demo. Bill

>eating paper messages< Sounds like your diet must have thinned a bit since you started using email. Yes, you get 3 cables of your choice with the Editizer. Not all dealers remember this, so if there's any question, just ask them to talk to TAO in Missouri. Pro Video Sales in Tampa may not have a demo unit set up, but their phone is 813-237-8857 or 238-8333. If you want to ask Pro Video's head office about their FL locations that may have a demo set up, you can call Brian Field at 800-225-4434. Bon appetite! GM TAO Media Systems
