For developing Animations under Windows, you'll find some help in the
FLILIB.ZIP and FLCSPC.ZIP files. These are informative about the FLI and
FLC specs, and you will see some info about Visual Basic and C in there as
well. FLILIB includes some header and .c files to get you going.
