Question – why is there tons of shareware available for Mac, but I can't find any for Windows? I would like to use QuickTime, but I cannot find a runtime viewer thats shareware (matter of fact, I can't find ANY runtime viewer thats shareware). I've surfed for a while, but haven't found one yet – any one know of a host or forum that may have one?

Have you checked out the Windows shareware available here on CIS? Often, I find just what I need here (or close to it). Go IBMFF

You see them mention it all the time in the "What's New This Week" section at the top of CServe. Of course, you can only use it 6 times before it goes "poof!" on you if you don't register it… Best, Tim Liebe
