During my Downlod of several files this morning, I was disconnected from you service. I was thusly forced to re-download the same files again. The files I lost from the disconnection were; MODWIN.ZIP Disks 1,2,3,4 and 7 of WinImag WinImages Special Effects AVI: Fire… AVI: Lightining … AVI: Tough … and EDDDEMO.ZIP I am hoping that you will credit me with this downloading time since it was caused by a Visitor trying to converse with me. That should not have happened since I had my setup on Ignore all Invitations. Please get back to me A.S.A.P.. Thank you.

Steve will jump in if I am wrong here, but I think that the sysops do not have the power to credit a user for usage time. I think that the proper procedure for you to follow is to "go feedback" and leave them a message explaining what has happened. They should be able to help with the problem.

You will have to contact CompuServe directly via GO FEEDBACK. However, it is highly unlikely that you lost anything more than one file (if that). Disconnection does not remove files from your disk that have already been downloaded.
