Guy; I would love to help you with your problem, but I seemed to have jumped into this thread – regarding your sync problem – in the middle. Since most of the folks from Radius hang out at AOL, I thought I'd start a little support here on CIS. If you could possible restate your problem – I'll make sure I get you an answer. Daniel Eckert (danman) Sr. Systems Engineer Radius, Inc.- Central Message to ALL: Please read my title: ENGINEER. I don't get into flameout mode with people who want to write marketing BS. I stick with the facts concerning the products I support. Saying mine is bigger then yours or yours is faster then mine is not what I do. I won't respond or comment to any feature wars unless the author has blantly lied or has mislead the receiver. However, I always am interested in technology for technology's sake. I've never believed a single company can solve every problem. So if your tools do something cool – let us know it does and tell it how it does it. In then end, it's the customer which benefits – and that's what matters.

Daniel, Any help would be appreciated. 🙂 What I'm having trouble with is the audio/video synch. It's noticeable after 2-3 minutes, and gets downright bad-kung-foo-movieish in about the five minute range. So far I'm still using Premiere 4.0 (awaiting 4.0.1), QT 1.6.2, and QT PowerPlug 1.0…also system 7.5. Hardware goes like this…PowerMac 8100/80AV (40/1GB), FWB Jackhammer, FWB Fast/wide 8GB. >>Since most of the folks from Radius hang out at AOL, I thought I'd start a little support here on CIS.<< I know how that goes…part of the staff here at Specialized Bicycles hangs out on AOL, and I'm sort of the C-Serve guy. I also like working with engineers, rather than getting marketing-laden answers. 🙂 Thanks! Steve Giberson Specialized Bicycle Components

Steve Giberson In reply to your sync issue with VVS and AP. Before I even get into what might be the problem – update your machine to Premiere 4.01T, QT 2.0 and VVS software 2.02. If you are having problems after this, drop me a line and I'll give you the full service option. danman
