The buyer I had for my Sony EV-C100 Hi8 deck found a more advanced machine
instead, so I'm back. A couple of you expressed interest, but I lost your
e-mail letters.
So, one and all — the deck is just 8 months old and used very little. I just
got it back from the shop where it underwent some minor repairs and is all
checked out. It's a good little deck, with LANC control but does not do time
code. As a recording deck, it gives good accuracy with the LANC. For a source
machine, you'd want one RC time code capability.
I'm asking $400 for it.
