yep, got your letter. Its with all the others in my pile of "things to answer" in my briefcase. My original computing background is Retail Sales Analysis. I have discovered the following: (good, reasonably priced) new items sell; reducing the retail price can improve profitability. It's capitalism. "Isms in my opinion are not good", as Ferris said. Increasing the user base is what our jobs are about. Besides, if the cost of the tools go down, there's more money in the budget for you <g>. I guess I see my role in part as a user advocate. I like to see products in the hands of people. It's exciting to see people working to their best advantage. Do your contracts enable you to post a couple of samples to the forum? Have you had a look at Topas 4.0? ALi
