I've found what may be a bug in the Animator Studio Player. According to the
documentation, while playing back a script you should be able to click on the
left mouse button or hit the space bar to recover from a "pause" and move on to
the next segment of the script. My mouse button does not work, but the space
bar does. I'm aware there is a box to click on which will deactivate the mouse.
When I do this, the space bar is deactivated and the program freezes. We need
a good solution to this one — in preparing WIndows demos, you don't want the
user to have to resort to using his keyboard. Heaven forbid!
Also, sometimes my sound files drop out while playing back a script. This
happens especially after I try to run two one-frame AVIs with small WAV sound
bites embbedded in them.
Please respond. I'm trying to put a demo together this week. Otherwise,
I'm finding the program running smoothly by sticking to the 3 to 4 times RAM
swap file (I've got 32 megs RAM).
