Does anyone know if the deadline for upgrading to Animator Pro
for a special price has been extended? The last mailing I received
said that the deadline for the $300 price was January 31, 1993.

Read the notice a little more carefully and you will see that that date
refers to a special offer along with the upgrade. $300 is the "set price"
for the upgrade and as of yet has no set date limit.
