Thanks for the info on monitor problems. I just talked to my Dad and he
told me that it is not a 1080 as I had thought, it is a 1987 1084 made in
Taiwan by CBM with a serial #026097. Do the reccomendations you gave me
earlier for the 1080 still apply? Thanks for the help, if we can't fix it
somewhat easily we'll take it to a TV shop.
