Thanx for your (generic) answer. I take it to mean that you have no specific information about incompatibilities between FastCache Quadra and MaxFax. Right?

I have not heard of a specific problem using the two together. You should also verify that you have the latest version of their software too. Rule out init conflicts, too, if you haven't already. Yes I have latest versions and have pretty much isolated the problem to your INIT (or MaxFax's).
