Hi William,
Thank You.. You are really helping me out a lot! Especially since I noticed
that the M-Jpeg card I was looking at is also made by Fast.
Fast electronics has an M-Jpeg board with Adobe Premiere, and Movie Machine
Pro. I'm a bit confused. Is Movie Machine Pro software or hareware. Also,
did you say that you can output to VHS directly from your M-Jpeg card? Can this
be done with Premiere? Because I can get this card for a lot cheaper without
Movie Machine Pro.

Both, MMPro is a video switcher, TV tuner and frame capture board. A Video
switcher is taking in two video feeds, making transitions from one to another
and output as another video signinal and do this live, Real time. It need the
software to run the switcher,TV and frame cature.

The M-JPEG card is an addon daughter card to the MMPro, It wont work without
the MMPro. So I realy have two cards, I just talk sbout them and one (it easer
on me slow fingers).

The output come from the MMPro card, The M-JPEG card just decompresses the
video tor the MMPro.

If you play the video file with Premiere or Windows Media Player the video will
show up on your monitor. But call up a program that come with the MMPro /M-JPEG
boards called Movie Studio, you can then output the video to a VCR.
