We just got WB 1.2 beta 2 yesterday. I was able to use it with the microforge
40meg/7 card expansion slot. All software I've tried so far runs (to some
degree!) The thing is overall MUCH improved over 1.1, and increasing your
disk buffers can increase your directories by about 10 times. I haven't timed
it yet, but this is a rough estimate. Increasing the buffers does consume
more memory though, so 1.2 will perform best with expansion memory and
interlace mode with a high persistance monitor. I will post a review of this
new beta version of 1.2 as I get more time to work with it. <Fadi>
