John: I hear, but choose to wait for validation. By the way, i would be very interested in comparing the results of an out of the box I.B.M w/HD against and Amiga/HD system using your tests. I thought about that. Redmond Simonsen of Microbotics suggested that, and I discussed it with Sheldon Leemon. We decided to leave it out for now. Frankly, we knew the Amiga would get killed. It wouldn't be too hard to port 'diskperf', but do you (or anyone else) know of a recursive copy command for MS-DOS? Doesn't DOS 3.3 'xcopy' do that? I only have DOS 3.2. I have an AT clone with a nice 30 ms, 30 meg Micropolis.
