Yah, I'm dithering over which memory board to get. Have you SEEN the price of RAM chips? They say the prices will come down by the end of the year, but I need my memory now! I trimmed a few cells out of my animation, and it worked just fine. Makes me shudder to think just how much memory you'd need for 512 frames with 1.1x.I shipped my upgrade fee to Impluse about a week ago, so I sho the Turbo version in the mail soon. Did they rewrite the manual for the new version? Thanks for the comments and help. This is the main reason that I use compuserve (in addition to all those great data libraries). Doug

Yep, CHIP prices are incredibly high. Not much you can do but wait. You may be able to fit 512 frames in a rather small amount of memory, but that depends on the the content of each frame. You have to remember that most of these programs use a delta compression method, storing only the changes from the last frame. If the changes are great, then the frame will be large. The manual for Turbo is being rewritten (it may be finished). About the help…..thats why we are here! 🙂 GreG
