Yep, CHIP prices are incredibly high. Not much you can do but wait.
You may be able to fit 512 frames in a rather small amount of memory, but
that depends on the the content of each frame. You have to remember that
most of these programs use a delta compression method, storing only the
changes from the last frame. If the changes are great, then the frame will
be large. The manual for Turbo is being rewritten (it may be finished).
