Bill, I just (Tuesday) ordered 16 chips from Leo Electronics (ad in Computer Shopper) at $15.00 ea. These are 1Meg x 1, 100ns – I've been waiting a while for that price. They have not arrived yet, I will post any problems that arise. Rick
