I'm not competely up to date on what changes with each motherboard, except
that I think 4.5 had a change to accommodate the A2620 (a bus transceiver
resistor was added) and 6.0 moves up to the 1M Agnes and 1M chips for RAM,
bringing the total down from 32 chips to only 16. There may be more
changes (I am sure there are) but these are the ones I can see.
About the $120 bucks for install, comsider that a deal. You can get the
chip from us (CBM) and install it yourself for $130.80. No problem. 🙂
