Can someone help with Professional Page?
I have Pro_Page 1.3 and I am having problems printing to postscript devices
at service bureaus.
Someone mentioned that 1.3 has some bugs in the prolog files. I tried
contacting with GOLD DISK and NO LUCK! I wrote and call still no luck. I
think I'm going to get PageStream or get me a MAC!

I cannot help you with PPage Postscript – but Gold Disk does have a new
representative here on CIS, and he has been on several times a week
recently. Name is Tom. I do believe you will get an answer from him quite
soon.

This new Gold Disk rep…are they going to attempt a Gold Disk section in
Vendor again? It was a great concept – just never used by GOld Disk!

I doubt that there is an opening there for Gold Disk right now – but I
don't know. Those things are worked out by others. I do hope that they
will make use of CIS and start giving the kind of support their programs
deserve. Fine software, miserable support!

Your first step should be to contact Gold Disk and get them to send you the
PPage 1.31 upgrade. There is no charge for this. I've been using this with
postscript devices with no problem.
