SetCPU V1.6 appears to have had the NoClick patch removed. I found it
necessary to run a separate utility to stop the clicking after running V1.6
SetCPU. Also, I had to revert back to my unZAPed version of HandyIcons,
since Fastbench has been removed from SetCPU V1.6. Other than those minor
inconveniences, the new version runs fine on my 2620.
