Tom,
I don't understand what you want to do. If you have your upload in one of
our libraries, it should not be placed in others. People can just get it
from the place to which it belongs. If you notice, each of our libraries
is designed to hold a specific type of program, and each program should be
in the library to which it belongs – and there should never be more than
one copy of a program on CIS. Think of the disk space it would take if
every program were duplicated in several libraries!
