Thats the problem with all these electronic art stuff. Like the electronic
publishing stuff, it lets unskilled people create images, etc. Most people
have no idea how to make something look good (readable, etc). So we get
lots of newsletters whose editors are enamored by all the Fonts they can
use, etc. Same thing with animation.
Actually, you can see the same thing at the siggraph film/video show. Lots
of stuff gets technical oohhs and aaahhs that artistically looks like
trash. Used to be more so, but us techies are starting to get a bit less
autistic and more artistic <g>.
