Martin:
That was good news to find out you have only one brain. Please don't put
your forehead on the CRT when you execute a "shift/move", we just might get
a clone of that wicked brain of yours !!!! – one is enough.
The belts are morphing, but they are just not moving far enough. Therefore
they end up cutting into and disapearing as they pass thru the person.
Instead of editing the clone at the vertex level, would it not be just as
good to edit the path in the Lofter. I just kept editing my path, making
the object and going to the Keyframer and rendering the scene til it looked
right. Then I would move two or three frames and do it all over again. The
belt does not move relative to the car, it is fixed at three points,
although I did pickup those vertices to change their rotation and tension.
There is a difference of about 3 feet from the shortest to the longest belt
if that makes any difference.
Thanks for your help, its mucho appreciated!!!
