I think your missing the point Mark. Selling equipment that doesn't work
properly is not the main point. Any dealer can sell equipment that he
believes to work but for one reason or another doesn't. This could be due
to a manufacturer problem. Posting a message bashing a dealer because of
this is wrong. It could be an isolated incident. I believe that Dom's
complaint deals mainly with the bad service he has received from TTR. It
deals with the way that TTR has handled his complaints. If TTR treats one
customer in this way, it will probably treat all customers this way. I
appreciate Dom's warning about TTR. I'll go elsewhere to purchase Amiga
products if this is the way they handle customer concerns. I'm not making
this decision based on the fact his tape backup unit doesn't work, I'm
basing it on the fact that TTR didn't handle his complaint properly. Steve
