Call me stupid, but I can't remember what a green screen means when your Amiga fails. My son Addam has an Amiga 500 with ongoing intermittant problems. When the failure occurs, initially the screen develops small blocks of missing pixels. Then on the next reboot, it does a partial boot and the drive and power lights start flashing. On the third boot, the system immediately crashes and there is a green screen. This problem is intermittant. Any help would be greatly appreciated, BP – via Whap!

Green means a memory problem, according to my handy color cheat sheet.

More specifically, a problem with the chip memory. Edjs _ —— _ // thWhap! Edward_Swatschek@mindlink.bc.ca \X/ – take that!
