Just got an NEC Intersect CDR83 internal CD-ROM drive, running off the SCSI slot of a MediaVision ProAudioSpectrum card. The drive didn't come with drivers. Are they available here on CompuServe? Is there an NEC rep who checks in here? a T d H v A a N n K c S e ~Dbs

NEC has drivers on their BBS I believe. You can get it by calling NEC at (800)-FONE-NEC. It might also be in the file CDROMF.ZIP or KODAK.TXT

The CD-ROM drivers you need come from MediaVision, not NEC. You will need to contact MediaVision to get them.
