PMJI – Actually, I just placed a backorder with them – for all 3
volumes. When I called, the guy who answered the phone didn't know
anything about the book(s) – the manager he retrieved [fortunately]
did. My impression is they sounded a bit snooty – but at least they
had it _and_ take AMEX.
