Recently encountered problems with a resident TBCard (supposed to be
inert to the system ie power +-12v +-5v only from ISA bus) and
running windows in any 8 bit or 16 bit mode (24 bit is OK) with
coprocessed video cards. The TBC is an I-Den. The coprocessed cards
tested were #9GXI (TIGA) and Metheus (S3928) using their respective
windows drivers. Video cards using Tseng 3000, 4000, and Trident
chipsets all were trash free with the resident TBCard using their own
drivers. The trash appears as a geometric colored breakup of the
opening wall paper and also the program manager window. Other
program windows do not seem to be affected. I plan to call I-den
about this but I thought I'd put this up for forum FYI thinking some
of you might be interested.
