Kevin, could you give me a recommendation on a cd-rom drive that woudl be a
good one on my Novell network? It could be either a multidisk unit or single.
I'm looking primarily for a unit for the encyclopedia I am about to get but
would also like to make it generally available to the network users as
(perhaps) a seperate volume with whatever CD(s) I put on it.
I have been trying to find reviews and comments from others but only seem to
get info on the NLMs…MicroDesign or SCSI Express, etc.

Jordan, I'm sorry that I can't help much with networking issues; I haven't had
occasion to network a CDROM. Generally, I've heard excellent comments on the
NEC drives, particularly the -84 & -74 models. Wish I knew more, but mom
always told me to wear clean shorts and never mess with a network!
