By far the most active discussion of VR and all things cyberspace, is over in
the new CyberForum (Go Cyberforum). You will find there a number of freeware VR
programs for PC as well as demos for PC and Mac of other programs. Also LOTS of
discussion.
As a first download, look for 'whatvr.zip' which i think is in lib 2 (maybe
3). It is an 'homebrew introduction' to virtual reality that i wrote up last
march. Some of the information is out of date now (fast changing field), so i'm
working on an update for sometime in July.
