Hi,
How is Autodesk handling support for the CDK product?
I havent seen many messages in this forum about it, other than
a few "what is it? how can i get it?" msgs.
I have heard that there is no direct support. Customers must go to
a local autodesk dealer who has been qualified to sell CDK.
What are the required qualifications for such dealers?

Support for the CDK developer's kit is available here, or through the dealer
from whom it was purchased. I am not familiar with the requirements a dealer
must meet in order to sell CDK, but I do know that they are farily high
requirements.
